to use: separate bubble frosting, and pop it into your bubble basket for loads of creamy, fluffy bubbles. *pro tip: the more water agitation the more bubbles! no bubble basket? no problem! just hold bubble frosting under running bath water while it dissolves, making bubbles. drop cupcake bottom into tub for fun colors & swirls!
